03rd September, **** Production Supervisor Bullsbrook Location $75,000 - $90,000 + Super (Pending Experience) Permanent, Full-Time Position Our client is a leading and high-quality Western Australian owned native plant nursery that focuses on supplying plants to clients across the state.
On average, they have approx.
5 million plants at their nursery in Perth's Northeast Suburbs and as a result of ongoing growth, they are currently looking for an experienced, permanent full-time Production Supervisor to join and lead their production team.
What will this position entail?
This role will see you overseeing a production team of about 6 - 10 production employees to ensure the operations of the production department run smoothly and on time.
You will be responsible for: Leading and coordinating the daily production team, allocating tasks, monitoring progress and adjusting priorities as required.
Conducting daily toolbox talks and regular team check-ins, providing feedback and support, and addressing issues or escalations.
Training and onboarding new and casual team members, conducting competency assessments and identifying ongoing training needs.
Working alongside the team on production tasks while maintaining plant health, grading and quality standards.




Ensuring compliance with PPE, hygiene, safety and relevant nursery standards, while promoting a positive, respectful and high-performing team culture.
