Well respected company Career development opportunities ASAP start Customer Service Team Leader Ipswich Distribution Centre Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our Ipswich Distribution Centre.
In this role, you'll lead a small customer service team while managing customer orders, subs and shorts, and EDI processing, working closely with sales reps, planning, distribution and transport to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time.
You'll also oversee staffing levels, support staff morale, and help uphold site safety and compliance standards, including Chain of Responsibility obligations, all within a fast paced FMCG environment.
Reporting to the Qld Sales Manager, this is a great next step for someone ready to bring their leadership and customer service experience to a hands on, high volume role.
Job Requirements Experience in customer service or team leadership, strong communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines in a fast paced environment.




Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication with an excellent phone manner Proven ability to lead and support a small team Intermediate computer skills and confident data entry Sound, quick decision making under pressure Track record of meeting KPIs and deadlines What's on Offer $***** per hour.
