A growing Brisbane-based business is looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to its finance team.

You'll be the safe pair of hands ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, ledgers are clean, and urgent payments never slip through the cracks.
This role is ideal for a payables qualified who takes real pride in accuracy and process.
What you'll be doing: Reconciling and processing payments for preferred supplier accounts, ensuring trading terms and discounts are correctly applied Completing daily bank reconciliations Processing daily urgent payment requests Maintaining creditor accounts and clearing outstanding items on the ledger Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to supplier and internal queries in a timely, courteous manner Filing and archiving payment support documentation Supporting the wider accounts payable and finance team with ad hoc duties and projects as required What we're looking for:
