Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Southern River | $75K-$115K + Super Southern River, Perth WA | Full-time or Part-time | Flexible Working Are you a Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a role where your clinical development, work-life balance and professional wellbeing are genuinely valued?
MARS Healthcare is partnering with an established and growing paediatric and disability-focused allied health organisation to find an Occupational Therapist to join their Southern River team.
With around 53 staff across their services, this is an organisation that has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy while creating an environment where clinicians are trusted, supported and encouraged to grow.

What's on offer: $75,000 - $115,000 + super , depending on experience Up to $15,000 per year towards CPD 4 dedicated internal professional development days each year Monthly clinic-based PD sessions Clinical training every 6 weeks Your own individual learning and development plan Ongoing mentoring from experienced and specialised clinicians Flexible working across clinic, community and WFH Autonomy over your diary and caseload Dedicated administration support to manage bookings and diary coordination Community travel generally limited to 15km / 30 minutes A genuinely collaborative and socially connected team No micromanagement - clinicians are trusted to work autonomously Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate The Role You'll work with children and young people aged 0-18 , supporting them and their families to achieve meaningful goals and greater independence.
The caseload can include:
Early intervention Sensory and emotional regulation Fine motor and handwriting development Attention and concentration Self-care, toileting and sleep Functional capacity assessments Assistive technology and equipment Cognitive and visual perceptual skills Play and social skills Mealtime management and restrictive eating Environmental modifications Tween and adolescent support There is also the opportunity to develop specialist skills across a range of recognised approaches, including Zones of Regulation, Alert Program, CO-OP, PRPP, AHA/Bimanual Therapy and SOS Approach to Feeding.

About You We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who: Holds, or is eligible for, AHPRA registration Has a genuine passion for working with children and families Has experience in paediatrics, disability or community practice, or is keen to develop in this area Values evidence-based and contemporary clinical practice Wants genuine investment in their professional development Enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team Is looking for flexibility and autonomy in their next role Experienced Paediatric OTs and OTs looking to further develop their paediatric skills are encouraged to apply.
