Be hands-on hospitality leader, manage a great team and have a genuine impact on the customer experience An upbeat workplace culture that thrives on smiles The Role: Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team Be hands-on across the floor,



keeping service running smoothly and customers happy Set the standard for great service and lead by example every shift Manage the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Monitor labour costs, wastage and daily operational performance to help keep the store financially on track Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Area Manager Maintain strong food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards Contribute to an environment where the team actually enjoys coming to work What We're Looking For Experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within QSR or fast food outlets A confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and encouraging a team Excellent customer service skills and a real hands-on approach High work ethic, self-motivated and calm under pressure Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and high-volume food operations An ambitious leader who knows how to get the best out of people and themself If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career along a path that clearly demonstrates progression and opportunities, we're keen to speak to you!
