Role: Clinical Support Nurse (level 1 Registered Nurse) Location: Mt Barker Type: Fixed Term for 12 months Shifts: Monday to Friday 09:*******:06 About the Role As a Clinical Support Nurse, you will provide high-quality, individualised care to residents.
You will also play a key leadership role by overseeing care staff on the floor, ensuring that all services delivered reflect our commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional resident experience.
Duties include: Assist Clinical Leaders with assigned duties and responsibilities as requested by Clinical Leaders, CCM or Site Operations Manager, including completion of nursing documentation (including admissions, care planning, chart evaluations and incident reviews.) Monitoring of residents for potential AN-ACC reclassification and communicating these to CCM Attending to Wound care Attending to other RN duties as required (including coverage of breaks.) Assist afternoon nursing staff with direct care needs (including medication administration).
Attend Multi-Disciplinary team meetings.
Assist with compliance Audits as directed by CCM.
Provide shift coverage for vacant Clinical Leader and other nursing roles as agreed with Site Operations Manager from time to time.
