Real Estate Property Property Management Brisbane - Northern Suburbs Permanent / Full Time 4/9/2026 This is a fantastic chance for an experienced individual or couple to take the reins of an established holiday accommodation complex, with a rent-free two-bedroom apartment included in the package.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll oversee the guest experience, lead the onsite team, manage financial and trust accounting functions and ensure the complex continues to operate and present at a high standard.
What you'll be doing Oversee the day-to-day running of the holiday accommodation operation Manage guest arrivals, departures, enquiries and overall experience Lead, roster and support reception, cleaning and maintenance staff Maintain strong relationships with owners and the Body Corporate committee Complete trust account reconciliations and month-end disbursements Manage accounts payable and operational reporting Coordinate trades, contractors and ongoing maintenance Oversee common property and larger maintenance projects Manage quotes,



scopes of work and works associated with capital improvements Ensure caretaking responsibilities and scheme requirements are met Maintain appropriate workplace safety and legislative compliance Manage after-hours emergency enquiries when required What we're looking for 2+ years' experience in Management Rights, holiday letting or short-term accommodation Current Queensland Real Estate Agent Licence or RLAL Previous trust accounting experience Experience with accommodation/property management systems Excellent organisation and time-management skills Confident communicator who can work effectively with owners, guests, staff and committees Comfortable managing both people and operational issues Full Australian working rights Ability to complete a National Police Check What's on offer High salaries on offer No rent – significantly increasing the overall value of the package Opportunity to take genuine ownership of the day-to-day operation Diverse role across accommodation, people, facilities and stakeholder management If you're an experienced Management Rights qualified – or a couple looking for your next opportunity together – we'd love to hear from you.
