Coordinate mobilisation workforce compliance Manage BHP ERMS site access processes Flexible 3 or 5 days | $36/hr + Super Mobilisation Coordinator / Site Administrator Part-Time (3 Days per Week) or Full-Time (5 Days per Week) | Initial 3-Month Contract | $36/hr + Super About the Role An opportunity exists for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator / Site Administrator to join a busy project team supporting mining and project operations.
This is an initial 3-month contract with flexibility to work either 3 days per week (part-time) or 5 days per week (full time) , depending on the successful candidate's availability and project requirements.
We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and highly organised individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities across mobilisation, workforce compliance, site administration, and project support.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and is comfortable switching between priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
A key requirement of this role is previous experience using BHP systems , including ERMS (Enable Resource Management System) .
Key Responsibilities Mobilisation Workforce Coordination Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of employees and contractors.
Manage site access applications and approvals.
Coordinate employee onboarding and site induction requirements.
Verify and maintain employee qualifications, licences, certifications, and training records.
Ensure all personnel meet client and project compliance requirements prior to mobilisation.
Monitor expiring competencies and coordinate renewals as required.
Support workforce movements, roster changes, and personnel logistics.
Liaise with employees, supervisors, and client representatives regarding mobilisation requirements.
BHP Systems Compliance Utilise BHP systems, including ERMS (Enable Resource Management System) , as part of daily mobilisation and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate personnel, compliance, and workforce records.
Ensure workforce information remains current and compliant with client requirements.
Support document control and records management activities.
Liaise with client stakeholders regarding workforce compliance and onboarding requirements.
Site Administration Project Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to project and site teams.
Collect, process, and maintain employee timesheets.
Assist with payroll-related enquiries.
Maintain project files, reports, registers, and administrative documentation.
Prepare workforce, compliance, and project reports as required.
Coordinate meetings and provide general office administration support.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and workforce logistics.
Assist with purchasing administration and material requisitions where required.
Act as a key point of contact for employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with project teams, employees, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Support effective communication between operational teams and management.
Deliver accurate and timely administrative support to ensure project requirements are met.
Health, Safety Quality Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Support quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
Ensure administrative processes align with company and client requirements.
Skills Experience Essential Requirements Previous experience in a Mobilisation Coordinator, Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Workforce Coordinator, or similar role .
Demonstrated experience using BHP systems including ERMS (Enable Resource Management System) .
Experience managing workforce mobilisation, onboarding, compliance, and site access requirements.
Solid administration, document control,
and data management skills.
Experience coordinating employee travel and accommodation arrangements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Highly Regarded Previous experience within mining, resources, engineering, shutdown, maintenance, or construction environments.
Exposure to timesheet processing and payroll administration.
Experience supporting site-based project teams.
Understanding of contractor mobilisation and workforce compliance processes.
