THE ROLE: Our client is a Leading Insurance Builder who have built a strong reputation as a privately-owned diversified Builder.
Based out of Inner West Sydney , they are currently seeking multiple Claims Administrators to be the point of contact for their clients policy holders to triage the claim and coordinate make safes and damage assessments.
The responsibilities would include: RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate, engage and coordinate with Supervisors, Estimators, Assessors Trades to track the progress of jobs.
Engage with customers and ensure queries and solution are provided in a timely manner.
Manage Make Safe request from triage to invoicing.




Review Trade invoices and assess costs with allocated project budget.
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU: Must have experience within a similar position e.g. as a Make Secure Coordinator, Claims Administrator, Insurance Project Coordinator etc.
Strong track record working within the Insurance Building Industry (MUST) Experience of using PRIME is highly advantageous.

Candidate who does not have any experience within the Insurance Building industry will not be considered for this role.
