Help Build the Workforce That Changes Lives Every day at Kirinari, our employees support people to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their communities.
About the Role Behind every great support employee, team leader, specialist, or manager is someone who identified their potential and connected them with an opportunity to make a real difference.
That someone could be you.
As a Kirinari Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our growing workforce.
You'll partner with leaders across a large and diverse organisation to attract exceptional people who are driven by purpose and our values.
With over 2,700 employees delivering services across multiple States and Territories, you'll join a high-performing HR team where your expertise, ideas, and passion for finding great people will directly influence organisational success and community outcomes.
