Bluestone recruitment is partnered with JG King Homes to appoint a Product Markets Manager to shape the future of current home designs and product ranges across Victoria.
This newly created role sits at the intersection of product, market insights, sales, marketing and commercial strategy, with direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership team.
About the role You'll be responsible for understanding what buyers want, where demand exists and how JG King can best compete.
You'll turn market and customer insights into clear product strategies and briefs, working closely with Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing and Construction.
Key responsibilities include: Researching buyer, land, competitor and market trends across Victoria Developing market briefs for new and amended home designs, façades and inclusions Identifying product gaps, opportunities and emerging market trends Working with Finance and Sales on pricing, volume targets and commercial viability Supporting product development from concept through to launch Owning product launch readiness, sales training and product collateral Tracking product performance and recommending changes,



improvements or product retirement Presenting product and market recommendations to senior leadership About you We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Category Manager or Market Insights professional with experience in residential construction, land development, building products or a similar high-value purchase environment.
You'll ideally have: Strong analytical and commercial skills An understanding of residential building, home design, lot dimensions and pricing Experience turning market data and customer insights into product decisions Strong stakeholder and project management skills The ability to interpret floorplans, specifications and pricing Excellent written, communication and presentation skills A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, Architecture, Building or a related discipline The opportunity This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of product strategy within an established Victorian residential builder, influencing what JG King designs, builds and takes to market.
