Our client is a premium menswear and womenswear showroom seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Karrinyup retail operation.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering up to $85,000 + super + commissions , depending on experience.
This role is ideal for a confident retail leader who loves sales, people development and building genuine customer relationships .
You'll lead a team of approximately six across permanent and casual team members, with a strong focus on sales performance, KPIs, coaching and delivering a highly personalised customer experience.
The setting is consultative rather than transactional, with customers often requiring time, trust and a considered approach before making a purchase.
