100% Remote - Work from home with autonomy across Victoria Wide-ranging Impactful Role - Statewide leadership with travel + clinical variety Lead Grow - Shape clinical excellence, team performance + service growth An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist to step into a senior clinical and operational leadership role, providing statewide oversight across Aged Care, Community and NDIS services.
This is a pivotal role for a clinician who is ready to broaden their impact beyond individual clinical practice and take ownership of clinical governance, team performance, service quality and growth.
About the Role: Working closely with the Managing Directors and Managing Director of Clinical Services, you will provide credible, hands on leadership to a multidisciplinary team across Victoria.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring across the Victorian team Driving clinical governance, quality and evidence based practice Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance and staff development Overseeing rostering, workforce coverage and operational efficiency Building strong relationships with Aged Care, NDIS and referral partners Supporting the development of new programs,
services and partnerships Managing stakeholder concerns and driving continuous service improvement Providing clinical backfill to the Melbourne Community team when required About You You will be an experienced Physiotherapist with a strong clinical foundation and demonstrated leadership capability.
You will bring: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration Minimum 5 years' post graduate clinical experience across acute, aged care and NDIS settings Experience supervising and mentoring clinicians and/or multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated experience in performance management and staff development Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills Sound understanding of ANACC, Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Experience contributing to policies, procedures and service development A current Victorian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle The ability and willingness to provide clinical backfill when required Why This Opportunity?
