This is a permanent position reporting directly to the Venue Manager.
The venue is a dynamic medium scale capacity space with a strong mix of gaming, food and beverage operations, hosting regular functions and welcoming a busy lunch service.
As part of a larger group this is an opportunity to grow with a business on the move.
Lead daily operations as 2IC, managing staff, service standards, and venue logistics across a busy, multi-faceted hospitality space Hands-on involvement in functions, gaming operations, and F B service in a beloved community environment Preferred Requirements Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a Pub workplace,



ideally with gaming and functions experience.
