About the role You will support the effective management of project changes across a large and complex project environment: coordinating change requests, facilitating impact assessments, maintaining change records, and ensuring approved changes are accurately reflected in project scopes, plans, budgets and schedules.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in clear and consistent reporting, maintaining compliance with project processes, and driving successful outcomes through disciplined change management practice.

Location This role is based in Adelaide and we are only able to consider applicants already living in and entitled to work in Adelaide.
Duties and responsibilities Coordinate and track project change requests through to approval Assess impacts to scope, cost, schedule and risk Work closely with project teams to manage changes effectively Prepare and maintain change documentation, systems and reports Distribute data for updates to budgets, schedules and forecasts to reflect approved changes Monitor change status and provide regular progress updates Maintain accurate records and support change review meetings Skills and experience required Relevant qualification and 10+ years' experience in mining, infrastructure or energy EPCM 5+ years' experience in project controls or change management Hands-on cost control experience on EPCM projects Solid working knowledge of cost, schedule and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting large-scale projects Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail How to apply Click apply, or contact Kerri Giannouleas at ****** / ************ for a confidential discussion.
