Exciting new prospect to join an established practice located in Waitara, NSW This role will suit an unrestricted VR GP ready to make the move to a GP run practice, with full admin and nursing support $200 per hour retainer for an initial period of approximately 6–12 weeks , depending on the candidate and agreed arrangements.
Initial offer of 70% of billings , with flexibility to negotiate for the right candidate, up to a maximum of 75% .
Relocation/moving incentive for an exceptional candidate.
Where a relocation incentive is provided, we would require an agreed 12-month commitment to the practice.
An initial 3-month probationary period would apply.
For a GP who successfully completes the initial period and remains with the practice for 6 months , we would offer a $3,000 retention incentive .
Upon completing a further 6 months , bringing their service to 12 months ,



we would provide an additional $3,000 retention incentive .
We are looking for a GP who is interested in becoming a genuine part of the practice rather than simply filling a short-term position.
There is an established patient base and the practice is continuing to expand our services, so there is excellent potential for the right doctor to build a strong and sustainable patient following.
