This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a busy service environment and wants genuine responsibility across people, service, guest experience and financial performance.

bookings and revenue growth Maintain compliance across RSA, food safety and venue procedures Use SevenRooms to maximise bookings, guest loyalty and marketing opportunities You'll be an experienced Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in a busy, high-volume hospitality environment.
We're looking for: Strong restaurant leadership and team management experience Excellent rostering and labour cost management skills A genuine focus on guest experience and service excellence Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs Strong coaching, training and staff development skills A positive, accountable leadership style and the ability to stay composed under pressure Current RSA The Chance This is more than a service management role.
