EL2 Policy Analyst Location: Candidates from across the country are welcomed.
Duration: 3 months with potential 9-month extension Hourly Rate: $97 - $105 per hour Clearance: Baseline Travel - There may be the possibility travelling during the contract.
Our federal government client is seeking a senior policy professional with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory capabilities.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have the capability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex economic, financial, or policy-related information in a clear and practical manner for diverse audiences, including senior decision-makers.
An understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and the broader economic environment will support informed decision-making and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Support complex negotiations and contribute to the development of commercial agreements and strategic outcomes.
Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, submissions,
and recommendations for senior leaders and key decision-makers.
Manage multiple projects and priorities within a quick-paced environment.
Coordinate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
Analyse economic, financial, commercial, or policy-related information to inform strategic advice and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional projects and facilitate collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage external advisers, consultants, or specialist providers as required.
Qualifications and Experience Essential Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Business, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.
Desirable Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience leading negotiations and managing complex agreements or commercial arrangements.
Demonstrated experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory roles.
