About the role This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced and organised Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of a busy support warehouse in Gepps Cross.
Working four days per week, you'll play an significant role in keeping stock moving efficiently between the warehouse, stores and customers across the Adelaide network.
You'll work autonomously across warehouse operations, inventory control, delivery coordination and customer service, so this role will suit someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and knowing exactly what needs to happen next.
What you will do Coordinate the movement and organisation of stock throughout the warehouse Receive incoming goods and ensure stock is correctly identified, labelled and stored Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse environment Coordinate customer deliveries with stores and delivery drivers Prepare daily delivery runs,



paperwork and stock in the correct order Assist delivery drivers with loading and preparing orders for dispatch Coordinate customer collections and ensure orders are ready for pickup Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stocktakes Liaise with store teams regarding stock availability, customer orders and deliveries Ensure warehouse processes and documentation are completed accurately Upload and maintain relevant paperwork for compliance Assist with floor stock movements and displays when required Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and stock flow What you will bring We're looking for someone who is confident working independently and enjoys taking responsibility for keeping things running smoothly.
Previous warehouse coordination, supervision or management experience Experience within bulky goods, furniture, retail or a similar environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confidence managing stock, deliveries and inventory processes The ability to work with systems, spreadsheets and reporting A practical and analytical approach to problem solving The ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage your own workload Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with stores, customers and drivers A proactive approach with a strong focus on accuracy and service A genuine commitment to maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace What's in it for you?
