Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis.
They're a highly regarded residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney.
Their portfolio includes high-end renovations, extensions and custom-built homes, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional project delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering a competitive salary of AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Lead and manage site teams, ensuring safety compliance and quality workmanship across all projects AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 per annum, permanent position Direct responsibility for scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination Preferred Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites Experience on residential construction teams Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders Competency in reading plans,



specifications, and technical documentation Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning Preferred Qualifications Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in construction Supervisors license is advantageous Current First Aid and CPR certification White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
