Maggington location 3 - month contract Flexible working arrangements PERSOL are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Maddington on a fixed-term contract (3-months).
This is a great opportunity for someone with payroll experience who would enjoy getting involved in a major payroll system implementation project, while also supporting the team with day-to-day payroll operations.
The role will involve: Supporting parallel pay runs and comparing outputs across current and recent payroll systems Payroll reconciliations, validation and variance investigation Validating employee data including pay rates, allowances,



deductions and leave balances Assisting with UAT and payroll scenario testing Supporting BAU payroll including starters, terminations, adjustments and employee changes Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance and the implementation team We're looking for someone with strong payroll knowledge, EBA interpretation experience, good Excel skills and, importantly, excellent attention to detail.
