About the Role: This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Payroll People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team.
The role is split between payroll processing and People Operations support, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across stakeholders.
Responsibilities include: Managing end‐to‐end payroll Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, leave, policies, and perks Preparing HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews,



and communicating with candidates Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirements This role is suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast‐paced international environment.
