About the role:



Deliver a premium and consultative customer experience Build strong product knowledge and confidently close sales Work towards individual and store sales targets Convert add-on protection products to maximise customer value Maintain high visual and showroom standards Occasionally work independently on the sales floor What we're looking for: Retail sales experience preferred Bulky goods, furniture or high-value sales experience highly regarded Strong communication and relationship-building skills Energetic, confident and proactive personality Modern, customer-first sales approach Someone open to learning and developing new skills What's on offer: Full time permanent position Set roster with Tuesday Wednesday off Award Level 4 salary + weekend penalties Weekly training bonus for first 8 weeks Uncapped commission structure Supportive team environment Strong earning potential in a high-ticket sales environment Immediate start available!
