Drake International is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team and take ownership of a white collar temporary and permanent recruitment desk .
This is a genuine 360° role where you'll have the autonomy to grow your market, build strong client relationships and drive revenue across both temporary and permanent recruitment.

You'll develop new business, manage existing client relationships, source and place high-quality candidates, and oversee temporary workforce requirements from onboarding through to ongoing management.
You'll be responsible for your own desk, pipeline, KPIs and revenue, while acting as a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.
What You'll Do Manage and grow a white collar temporary and permanent desk Develop new business and generate quality job orders Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders Manage end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes Source,



interview and place high-quality candidates Manage temporary workforce requirements and ongoing candidate relationships Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue Provide market insight and recruitment advice Own your desk, pipeline and revenue targets Support junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing team What You Bring Proven experience in 360° recruitment , ideally across white collar temp and perm A robust track record in business development and client management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A commercially driven, results-focused mindset Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities The confidence and initiative to take ownership of a recruitment desk Ready to build something great with us?

Remuneration $70,000- $90,000 + superannuation depending on experience, plus commission .
