What You'll Be Doing:
As our Senior FP&A; Analyst, you'll provide the financial insights and performance reporting that help shape strategic decisions across DuluxGroup's $4B business.
Partnering with senior leaders across the Group, you'll deliver Board and Executive-level reporting, analyse business performance, support investor reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and reporting capability.
You'll play a key role in turning complex financial data into meaningful commercial insights that support growth, performance and better business outcomes.

What We're Looking for:
Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or a related discipline, with CA or CPA accreditation.
Strong financial reporting, accounting and commercial analysis capability.
Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
Experience partnering with and influencing with senior stakeholders
A track record of improving processes, systems and reporting outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Sound understanding of financial systems and consolidation processes, with OneStream experience highly regarded.
Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to build solid relationships across the business.
