Order Management Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end sales administration, order management, reporting, and credit support functions.
The role acts as a central link between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers, ensuring accurate order execution, improved business visibility, and proactive communication throughout the customer fulfilment process.

Key responsibilities
Changed ETA's on orders communicated to sales team
Monthly Dispatch Details to sales team
weekly Availability report
Creating new Sold-To accounts in SAP
Management of Internal Sales Inbox
Completing PGI's once goods dispatched
Drop dispatch notices into SFA and sharepoint
Managing the credit released spreadsheet
credit management with the sales team
