Jetstar, part of the Qantas Group, seeks a highly analytical Network Analyst to support monitoring, governance, reporting and automation for Network and Voice services.
You will work with infrastructure, security, service delivery and vendors to drive continuous improvement and meaningful insights.
In this role you will develop dashboards and automation, ensure ITSM governance, and provide KPI and executive reporting to support informed decisions.
