Competitive Remuneration - $90,000 - $120,000

Westforce Construction was originally established in ****, primarily as a Civil Construction Contractor. Since then the company has grown and diversified into a multi-disciplined Contractor venturing into structural steel fabrication, precast concrete panel fabrication and erection, high and low voltage electrical installation, and the design and construct of civil works and commercial buildings.
n
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join our growing team.
n
Duties and responsibilities include:
n
n
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company, ISO and WHS requirements.
n
Provide administrative and commercial support to Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers.
n
Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts.
n
Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships and contractual matters.
n
Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence and documentation.
n
Manage variations, extensions of time, delays and other contractual changes.
n
Resolve contract-related issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
n
Assist with subcontractor and service provider engagement and close-out processes.
n
Assist with project scheduling and weekly/monthly programme updates using P6/MSP.
n
Support the preparation of variations, extension of time claims and monthly progress claims.
n
Prepare and distribute monthly ESG reports.
n
Identify and contribute to improvements in processes and procedures.
n
Provide support to the wider project, estimating, quality and HSEQ teams as required.
n
n
To be successful, applicants must have 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
n
Applicants will also have:

Ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
n
Training in Primavera/MSP and Contract Law is advantageous.
n
n
A salary package between $90,000 - $120,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidate and will be aligned with your level of experience.
n
