Our newest venue brings together exceptional food, vibrant hospitality and stunning views to create one of Sydney's most exciting dining experiences at Manly Wharf.

As a Host, you'll be the face of the venue and the first point of contact for our guests. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, coordinating seating and ensuring every guest's experience starts and ends on a high note.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
n
Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the venue's booking system.
n
Coordinate seating arrangements to maximise guest flow and dining experience.
n
Communicate effectively with floor and management teams to ensure seamless service.
n
Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with updates on table availability.
n
Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and organised experience.
n
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns where required.
n
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the host stand and entry areas.
n
Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and guest communications.
n
Support the wider front-of-house team during service periods.
n
Help establish service standards and contribute to the success of the opening team.
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in a Host, Reception, Reservations or customer-facing hospitality role is highly regarded
n
A naturally friendly, confident and professional personality
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n




Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
n
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
n
The ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periodsThe ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
n
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
Experience using a reservations experience is advantageous
n
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
