SMAART Recruitment has partnered with one of Sydney's fastest-growing roofing companies, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations across its tile and metal divisions.
This is a senior, completely off-the-tools position suited to an experienced roofing supervisor, foreman or business owner ready to take ownership of crews, subcontractors, quality and job delivery.
What you'll be doing: Overseeing daily field operations across multiple crews and subcontractors Leading the metal roofing team and supporting crew allocation Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to company standards Conducting site inspections and identifying defects before handover Managing rectification work, callbacks and complex roofing issues Holding teams accountable for quality, productivity and performance Mentoring employees and improving operational processes What we're looking for: Extensive tile or metal roofing experience Experience supervising crews, subcontractors or roofing projects Strong knowledge of roofing defects,
