This is a fantastic role for a capable Property Manager who enjoys managing their own portfolio but wants robust support around them.
You'll manage a residential-only portfolio of approximately ******* properties, with dedicated assistant support, leasing assistance and support with inspections.
With no accounts to worry about and a strong support structure in place, you can focus on building relationships with your landlords and tenants and delivering a high level of property management service.

outgoing and routine inspections with support Managing rental arrears Negotiating lease renewals Issuing notices and breach notices where required Handling maintenance and general portfolio matters Meeting owners and tenants onsite when required Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships The Candidate Previous residential Property Management experience Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Valid driver's licence and reliable car Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and time management Confidence managing a sizeable residential portfolio Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to join an established agency where you'll be well supported and rewarded with a salary of up to $120K + super.
