Currently under construction, the Rooftop Garden will sit above the existing venue across two tiered levels, creating a new open-air destination overlooking Melbourne CBD, designed for long afternoons, after-work catch-ups and weekend sessions.

We're looking for people who: Have experience in a busy commercial kitchen for Chef roles Are keen to learn, develop and grow their skills Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic Can work well as part of a quick-paced kitchen team Are reliable and comfortable working across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends For Kitchen Porters, bring great attention to detail and take pride in keeping a busy kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly What's in it for you?
