You'll support children and families to achieve meaningful developmental, communication and participation outcomes, working flexibly across clinics, homes, schools, community settings and telepractice.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team spanning Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Counselling,



Allied Health Assistants and Teachers of the Deaf.
What you'll do Deliver Speech Pathology assessments and evidence-based intervention Develop individualised, family-centred therapy plans Support children and families across their early intervention and therapy journey Manage your caseload, documentation and reporting Collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams Participate in clinical supervision, peer learning and case reviews Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement About you: You'll have: A Bachelor's Degree or recognised qualification in Speech Pathology Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to obtain this.
A commitment to evidence-based and family-centred practice Strong communication and organisational skills A passion for paediatrics, learning and collaborative practice Experience in paediatrics, early intervention, Deaf and hard of hearing services, Auslan or telepractice is valued—but not essential.
If you don't know Auslan, we'll support and invest in your learning.
