Mills Recruitment are working with a leading EPCM that is currently needing an Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor THE ROLE Reporting into field construction management, you'll supervise and coordinate subcontractor activity across planning, safety, quality and technical delivery.
Day to day, that means: Monitoring subcontractor schedules, resourcing, and material and equipment requirements Reviewing construction methods and manning charts, and coordinating external interfaces so works align with the master schedule Verifying installation against drawings, specifications and vendor requirements Enforcing site policies, procedures and work rules Supporting field engineers,
leading hands and craft professionals in interpreting engineering and vendor documentation Working with the design team on constructability WHAT YOU'LL NEED Schedule 26 Statutory Electrical Supervisor qualification — essential Degree plus 8–10 years' relevant experience, or ***** years' experience without Detailed working knowledge of WA Electrical Safety Requirements Familiarity with the WHS Act *****) and WHS (Mines) Regulations **** Experience supervising and administering works contractors in an EPCM setting Solid grounding in Critical Risk Management and multi-discipline construction Australian working rights — no sponsorship available HOW TO APPLY Apply directly, or send your CV to ****** for a confidential conversation.
