Our client is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Storeperson to join their afternoon shift team in Bibra Lake.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader in the steel industry, with genuine temp-to-permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.
About the Role You will be responsible for operating counterbalance forklifts while assisting with general warehouse duties in a busy steel and aluminium distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities Operate counterbalance forklifts (2.8T to 3T) to load and unload trucks.
Handle steel and aluminium sheets, plates, coils, bars, tubes, and extrusions.
Pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
Store and retrieve stock from warehouse racking systems.
Training Development Opportunities Successful candidates may receive training in: Overhead crane operations.
Loading and moving large steel sheets and coils.
Operating machinery used to cut steel products to customer specifications.
High reach forklift and side loader operations (highly regarded but not essential).
What We're Looking For Current LF Forklift Licence.
Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
