The Role: Build new managements through warm leads, referrals and database prospecting.
Convert a steady stream of inbound enquiries and sales referrals.




Conduct rental appraisals and secure new business opportunities.
Prepare management authorities and listing documentation.
Showcase rental properties and host open homes.
Drive growth of the rent roll through relationship-based business development.
The Candidate: Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential.
Direct experience in a Business Development role.
Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
You will be well-presented, organised and have excellent administration skills.
Valid driver's license.
