UGL Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Hot Work Supervisor for the AMPOL Lytton Refinery Shutdown in Brisbane. The role focuses on leading hot work activities (welding, cutting, grinding) during a live refinery shutdown, ensuring strict PTW compliance and hazard control.
Candidate will supervise teams, conduct toolbox talks, and coordinate with operations, maintenance and contractors. This is a hands-on leadership position in a high-stakes shutdown workplace.
