You will ensure each meal is prepared with quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook a variety of café-style meals from The Coffee Club menu Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver timely service Assist with menu development and seasonal specials Maintain proper temperatures on ovens, grills and fryers for safe,
