Golf Course Qualified Greenkeeper or Groundsperson – Darwin Golf Club Programmed Turnpoint are Australia's premier Golf Course Maintenance Contractor servicing more than 11 golf courses around Australia.
An exciting chance exists for a Greenkeeper's role at Darwin Golf Club, located 13 kilometers from Darwin City.
This is a full-time position with weekend work on a rotating roster whilst working in a great environment.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
This is a highly challenging role and the successful applicant will be expected to have experience in the following areas: Certificate 3 in Horticulture / Turf Management – an advantage but not essential Experience managing warm season grasses an advantage but not essential Relevant experience in the turf industry and golf course maintenance Experience and knowledge in the application of chemicals and fertilisers- an advantage but not essential.
Must be able to communicate well and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to work within a safe working environment within OHSE guidelines.
Excellent work history and reliability The successful applicant shall be self-motivated, punctual and have the ability to work in all conditions.
