The successful candidate will be expected to quickly assess the operation, identify improvement opportunities and implement clear performance direction across the dealership.
You will oversee all key dealership functions including sales performance, used vehicles, customer experience, profitability, leadership development and operational efficiency.




The ideal candidate will bring proven Dealer Principal or senior dealership management experience, strong financial acumen and the ability to lead teams through change while maintaining a positive and performance-focused culture.
