As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll support nursing students through their placements, helping them develop practical, hands-on skills they'll carry into their careers.

About You We're after RNs who are confident in their clinical ability and get genuine satisfaction from developing others.
You'll need: A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration A Bachelor of Nursing Completion (or current enrolment) in the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course Robust communication skills,



with the ability to liaise confidently across clinical teams, educators, and students Solid written skills for student assessments and documentation Cert IV in Training Assessment, previous teaching or facilitation experience, or a completed preceptorship.
