Job Description
About the Role
You'll help NDIS participants manage their plans and funding effectively.
Your responsibilities include:
Process invoices accurately within NDIS guidelines
Monitor plan budgets and provide regular expenditure statements
Communicate with clients to support understanding of their funding and use their funding according to their NDIS goals
Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in MYP
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
You'll bring:
Understanding of NDIS principles and plan management processes
Experience in finance systems or plan management (highly desirable)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management and organisational ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn current systems quickly
Education and Qualifications
Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or disability services
Formal qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, Bachelor)



in finance or related field
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check
Valid SA driver's licence
