Mechanical Fitter | Project Work | Tingalpa | $55/hr + penalties |Permanent ? Opportunity: No two jobs are exactly the same.
Work across gearbox rebuilds, fixed plant repairs and custom mechanical projects, with some field service thrown in.
Workshop-based, but you'll get out on site when the job requires it.
? Experience: Mechanical Fitter with experience rebuilding gearboxes and working on large industrial plant .
Experience with crushers and screens is highly desirable.
You can pull something apart, work out what's wrong and put it back together properly.
? Advantages: $55/hr + penalties overtime , Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2pm, with a direct pathway to permanent.
? Extras: WAH and EWP tickets required; forklift is a bonus.
Good variety, plenty of hands-on work and a chance to work across different projects rather than being stuck doing the same maintenance job every day.
