We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate dispatch function.
What you'll be doing: Oversee daily warehouse operations across receiving, replenishment, pick/pack, dispatch and stock control Lead, coach and roster a small team to hit service levels and KPIs Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation, safety and on-time dispatch Coordinate with customer service, planning and transport carriers to resolve issues quickly Oversee stock counts and investigations to maintain inventory accuracy Drive continuous improvement across warehouse layout, processes, scanning and productivity Maintain a general understanding of health and safety requirements What we're looking for:
