04th September, **** Construction Assistant - Team Leader Projects All Across Perth (with Company Vehicle Provided) $70,000 - $80,000 + Super Growth Training Opportunities Our client is a well established, respected and leading company within the landscape gardening industry, currently looking to add a Construction Assistant to their team.
This position can be seen as a Team Leader role, being a direct pathway into a Supervisory role in the future.
Responsibilities: Work closely with the Construction Supervisors with both hard and soft scape applications, as well as irrigation across the Perth Metro Area.
Establish and maintain the site (amenities, fencing, access, traffic management), perform daily setup tasks, coordinate deliveries, and operate plant/equipment as required.
Coordinate subcontractors and in office staff, complete daily site diaries and quality documentation, attend meetings and training, participate in company communication processes, and perform other reasonable duties aligned with the role.
Implement and maintain safety systems, documentation and reporting (pre-starts, inductions, permits, SWMS, inspections, incident reporting), Any other general construction trade assistant / gardening duties, working independently when supervisors are off site.
