The Role Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will take ownership of clinical operations, leading care delivery, compliance and quality across the home.
You'll be responsible for driving performance across: Clinical leadership of Registered Nurses and care teams AN-ACC optimisation, funding and documentation accuracy Accreditation readiness and quality standards Clinical governance, audits and compliance frameworks Medication management and infection prevention control Incident management, risk and continuous improvement Care planning, assessments and case management Family engagement and clinical communication Supporting the Facility Manager when required This is a hands-on leadership role where you will influence both clinical outcomes and team performance.
About You You will bring:
