Job description Our Client Troocoo is partnering with a leading Queensland infrastructure organisation to recruit a Procurement Specialist on a fixed term contract until September ****.
Joining a collaborative procurement team supporting a major infrastructure project, you will work across strategic sourcing and post award contract activities covering indirect services such as engineering, IT and qualified services.
You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver compliant, value for money procurement outcomes.
Benefits Brisbane City location Paying between $120,000 and $127,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience Fixed term contract until September **** One day working from home once settled into the role ***** hour working week Annual leave, personal leave and leave loading included The Opportunity Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will support the delivery of end to end procurement and contract management activities across low to medium risk indirect procurements while providing practical procurement and contract advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Support end to end procurement and contract management activities across a range of indirect service categories, including IT, engineering and professional services Prepare and review procurement and contract documentation, including requests for quotation, evaluation reports, contracts, variations and extensions Support supplier engagement,
contract establishment and ongoing contract management activities Provide practical procurement and contract management advice to stakeholders across the organisation Maintain procurement and contract records in line with governance, audit and recordkeeping requirements Contribute to improvements across procurement processes, templates and systems About You To be successful, you will demonstrate: Experience across both sourcing and post award contract management Exposure to indirect procurement across services such as IT, engineering and professional services A background within infrastructure, construction, engineering, government or another regulated environment is preferable Ability to prepare procurement and contract documentation, including requests for quotation, evaluations and contract variations Strong understanding of procurement governance, probity and supplier engagement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with procurement, financial or document management systems such as TechnologyOne, TRIM, SAP or similar will be highly regarded Please note that we are only accepting applications from candidates who are currently based in Australia and hold full working rights.
