Monash Health is seeking a Grade 2 Health Promotion Practitioner to join the Health Promotion team in Mulgrave.
The role focuses on developing, implementing and evaluating health promotion initiatives across Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia, embedding equity and systems thinking.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years' health promotion experience, holds relevant health promotion qualifications, and is IUHPE registered with a Victorian Driver's License.
The role is hybrid with travel to sites.
