Based in the Sydney CBD, the organisation offers a professional, collaborative and supportive working setting.
About the Role Working up to three days per week , this role will focus on day-to-day operational and administrative support, including invoicing, maintaining licensing records, communicating with government licensees and assisting the team in preparation for upcoming licence updates.
This would suit a capable administrator who is confident working with systems and spreadsheets, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities Process invoices for government accounts and assist with basic account administration Communicate with government licensees regarding account and licensing matters Assist the Finance team with following up outstanding invoices as required Maintain and update licensing and customer information within Salesforce Support preparation for licence and licensing scheme updates Draft communications and emails regarding upcoming scheme changes Coordinate and monitor key dates and deadlines for licensing activities Review Salesforce records to ensure information is accurate prior to external communications Update internal team reports, records and meeting notes Provide general operational and administrative support to the Government Licensing team About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous administration, operations or account support experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence across the Microsoft Office suite Previous experience using Salesforce Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders A proactive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines What's on Offer $***** per hour + Super Part-time temporary opportunity - up to 3 days per week Sydney CBD location Join a respected Australian not-for-profit organisation Supportive and collaborative professional environment If you are an experienced administrator with strong Excel and Salesforce skills looking for a flexible part-time temporary opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
