Data and AI Trust Company in North Sydney is seeking a Virtualization Backup Engineer to join our Technical Customer Support team onsite.
You will troubleshoot, analyse log files, and own customer issues from initial contact through resolution.
A strong background in Windows Server, TCP/IP networking, and virtualization (VMware ESXi / Hyper‐V) is required; UNIX/Linux knowledge is a plus.
You'll work in a quick‐paced environment, documenting interactions and meeting SLA commitments.
